The club's story

On November 13, 2025, the EMC Foundation conducted an initiation visit to Beterverwagting Primary School to engage with the newly formed Environmental Club. The session, which was attended by approximately 15 students from Grade 4, along with an Environmental Club Coordinator, provided the opportunity for the EMC Foundation team to introduce the EMC Foundation, discuss.

What this club takes part in

• E-STEM Sessions

  Hands-on environmental science, technology, engineering and maths workshops delivered at clubs each month.

• Drone & Tech Demos

  Members fly drones, map their school grounds and learn how technology supports conservation monitoring.

• Tree Planting & Clean-Ups

  Clubs green their schoolyards, restore mangroves and lead community clean-up campaigns.

  Listening sessions of 'Ollie the Otter's River Adventures' and 'Arya Takes a Swim' spark conversations about wildlife.
